"Don't be fooled by the rocks that I got..."

If she can't pay her bills, then those can't be real rocks that she got.

Given the costs of taking something like this to court whatever profits they might have made on those trips will be eaten up. Unless of course they get court costs included.

I would bet that the correct language to recover any and all collection costs would have been included in the original contract her management signed. I'm sure the business jet operators have been down this road before.

As if she'll purchase anything? The companies, including airlines, will be throwing gifts at her for the advertisement value.

I don't understand why Avjet didn't at least clear a line of credit on a card or run a wire transfer before the flight. I don't too many 135 operators who wouldn't cover their asses. There are quite a few stories out there of people who don't pay after the flight, its not a new thing.

I'd imagine they gave her several chances to pay the bills like a courtsey call or two (maybe not to her personally but her agent).

Maybe the charter company learned a lesson. They should have collected the money before even flying the routes. I think it is a poor move on J-Lo's part, as she has the money to pay it.
