Helios Accident Report Released

I just read on the BBC web site that the Helios Accident report has been released. I found one line interresting:

"In addition, the plane's manufacturers Boeing took "ineffective" measures in response to previous pressurisation incidents in the particular type of aircraft, the report said."

Which cases are they refering to?
