Apparently Virgin Atlantic is thinking of cancelling 6 Airbus A380's. ...Well I think the adventurous Sir Richard Branson might do very well to spend the money instead on a fleet of these fantastic aircraft below:-

That might be going "a little too far" ...personally I am not keen on going into space!

No, its a good idea. Moby will pay 10 millions to go in the space. I think that will be less expensive. I see you in the space.  Big grin  Wink

You mean Moby the singer? Any possibility of them leaving him there?  Silly

Many a true word is spoken in jest. ...But in fact guys I really would like to fly one of these machines or fly as passenger on it and until someone in the western World starts buying them there is no chance.
Well now I am thinking that "57 thousand" of us have hit that first photo above of the Beriev A42PE which suggests to me that a lot of people like the look of it. ...Now just imagine if 57,000 of us said we would like to fly in those planes or have them available in the west to fight forest fires, ...Well someone like Sir Richard Branson might just think about that!!!

I guess we can conclude: whatever SRB does, it will be Soviet-built.
