Howdy,

In 2 weeks I have an interview with Express Jet (Continental Express) for a management/operations internship. I am just wondering if anyone knows any background information with Express Jet’s interview process. I will graduate college in 1 year and plan to work for Express Jet and/or Continental Airlines as my career.

I have researched both companies for years and feel that I have strong grasp on both airlines cultures. However, I do not know much on the interview process. Is the interview serious, casual, laidback, humorous, strict, grim, etc?
