The pax was, as suspected, officially arrested for "interference with a flight crew." Also, his name was released...he is a 44 year old male from Las Vegas. Follow the link from the original post for the info.

Are people who do this kind of stuff typically banned from flying Southwest, and if so, how long? I wonder how airlines differ in their "banned" list policies.....

I don't know about this but I would ban him from flying in the whole US!
