Can anyone reccommend any lounges at Geneva Airport?

I am particualarly looking for something with a view over the airfield, but i have never been to the airport before, so is this available, or would i be better without a lounge.

Thanks

You go on www.easyjet.com and check for the new service they have with lounges. They do book places in the jet aviation lounge in GVA.

The Jet Aviation lounge does not have a view on the airfield, far from it as it actually faces the other way.

The same applies to the Swissport/Swiss and Lufthansa lounges.

Only lounges which give you views on the tarmac (and they remain limited) are the BA lounge and Swiss First (which is only accessible if you hold a F ticket).

Does anyone know if the restaurant on the 5th floor of the Swissair centre is open to the public? That's probably got the best view of the (wide-body) ramp and runway.

There are also a number of restaurants landside in the terminal building that overlook the runway - but not the best view.

for spotting at gva, if my gate is in one of the satellite terminals, i just go out to my gate early, grab a beer and a chair, and check out the action from the departure lounge...not too shabby.
