Does anyone know where i can find bigger photos of Cathay Pacific's new classes? All I have come across are the thumbnails on Cathay's website. Can't hardly see a thing on those postage stamps!!

Here is a file to download from CX's website. Its a zip file with lots of pictures of the 60th anniversy party, where the seats were unveiled, and there are a few high resolution pics of the new seats.
I got the link from the Cathaytalk forum:
The pics give a much better image of the new First Class seats which I think are incredible. I have approved immediate purchase to reconfigure my entire fantasy fleet!!

Rats!!! My computer isn't letting me download/view them. It views them as a pop-up er something of the type... I wish windows on my computer would quit doing that...

Man, no wonder why they're voted among the planet's best airlines! SHEESH! Those are nice!!! DL doesn't even come close to that, and they just added those lay-flat seats on their 777 equipment, or at least in first class. I forget where DL is putting those now...

Boeing Nut,
I have no idea what the seat pitch for first class will be, only heard that there will be 9 seats on the 747-400, down from the current 12.
But that is also due to them installing a large first class lavatory too, hence a further reduction in capacity.
But it was stated in their website site that the first class bed is 81" long and 36" wide.

Wow! Economy looks better than Aer Lingus' business class! A new seat belt design and the seat reclines into it's shell.
Love the colours that they have used.
OK. Thank you for that. Sounds like there will be four on each side with one in the middle with the new lav just behind it.
I'm just curious as I am one of these "aviation geeks" that like to figure out how many I could fit on various types of aircraft for my "fantasy fleet".

As I said before, DL have installed the lie-flat seats for their FC passengers, but they are still a far cry from what CX has IMO. Those seats on CX look incredible! I might fly EWR or JFK-NRT just for that!!! Anyone have about $16k just sitting around?

Same here!

As for this, I THINK I read somewhere that people say the new gigantic lavatory is actually going to take up some window space.... not sure about the source though...

First thing, DL has a business class product and no first class on international flights.
DL announced these seats will be in the 777-200LR when they come to the fleet in 2008 and the existing 777s will get them after that. The current seats are the BizElite seats with 170 degrees or so of recline that they have used since they introduced the BizElite product back in the late 90s.
Also, the seats that DL chose are comparable to the Biz seats that CX is showing here. It is the next generation of the suites that VS introduced in Upper Class a few years back. One thing I noticed is that the shell is lower in the newer version which hopefully will help with air circulation when in the flat position. That was the one complaint I had with those seats when I flew VS a few times in the past two years.
