TAM-TRANSBRASIL Will Not Merge Anymore

I just read in an article in the net that JJ and TR plans for merging have been disconsidered. TR owner says that the airline is now getting back to profitable conditions and the hole saving costs program that were defined by the codeshare agreement between TAM is now renewed till next year.
What do you think?
