Looks like Williams is getting its shot as a commercial airport. Flights currently on Vision to North Las Vegas. Now Sky Value to the east and Western Airlines to the north and west.

Quoting TWA902fly (Reply 1): Isn't the SkyValue service also Xtra aircraft?
Yep, I almost added that when I did an edit but decided not to say it.
This iteration of Western has been working on startup since last year. They were planning to be a scheduled carrier with flights starting in mid to late 2007 so this may be a temporary move to get the company started during a busy travel season.
The website is up and running at http://www.iflywestern.com
They have even adapted some of the old Western's image, using the tag line "still the only way to fly".
They are advertising for a Web Developer, F/As, CSRs, Ground Handlers, and also Station Managers for Denver, Oakland, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Dallas, and Palm Springs. http://www.iflywestern.com/employment.htm
Interesting since Allegiant seems to have beat them to BLI-PSP.
But that is a pretty agressive station schedule.
