I'm always amazed how airline employees under pressure are so quick to dig their own graves. The public wants the best fare and, I'd think, usually doesn't know too much about the behind the scenes. But now that this is out in the open, I can't imagine it is going to reflect well for Hawaiian, Aloha and especially Island Air. I hope they can work things out, but frankly, the entire point of H.E.R.O. is useless; the airlines H.E.R.O. represents are already taking action. Sounds like H.E.R.O. is more of a harm than a help.
