Hey gang,
I just read an interesting report of a small metallic sphere spinning over Gate 17 at O'Hare on November 7th. You can find the "report" here: www.nuforc.org - it's on the main page...
Are there any ramp folks here who heard about this or saw the [b]alleged[b] incident. It sounds pretty creepy and would love to hear any scuttlebutt from the folks working there that day.
Just give me my Vario, my Ozone Mojo and a gorgeous day of soaring.

Please, if a UFO was hovering over one of America largest airports it would be front page news with multiple witnesses. This is a wacko, made up, event. Don't get me wrong, I do believe we are not alone in the universe.

there were multiple witnesses, the ramper who saw it, the pilots he pointed it out to, his supervisor, and who knows who else who's too afraid to come forward because of course, anyone who believes in ufos is automatically branded as being a nut. that's why that particular ramper asked that his name not be used on the report he submitted to Peter Davenport, a well known Ufologist, because he was afraid he'd lose his job.
they're out there!
I could have elite status if I wanted it, but flying the same airline all the time is boring.

I'm pretty sure its against some kind of union regulations to fire someone over coming clean about seeing a UFO. Even if there wasn't, I wouldn't give a shit about my job if I saw something strange like that over the place I work anyhow.

They claim it was about the size of a quarter, yet they somehow witnessed up shoot through the clouds, and leave a hole in the clouds? I sure wouldn't be able to watching a quarter reach that high, or notice a hole the size of a quarter in the clouds...

Can't prove this, but....has anyone ever seen the reflection off a low cloud cover of a spotlight used for promotional purposes? My theory is that someone at a site close to the airport had one of those spotlights operational that evening...it was cloudy that evening...

Maybe someone had a high powered laser pen. Likely the ceiling was low so it reflected off the clouds. Certain color lasers don't have a visible beam.

16:30pm is 4:30pm. It was still light out, twilight anyway. There has been, understandably, no media coverage on this at all in Chicago. Let's see if we can get someone to notice this and report on it.

Quote: At approximately 16:30 p.m. (Central) on Tuesday, November 07, 2006, Federal authorities at O'Hare Airport received a report that approximately a dozen witnesses were observing a small, round disc-shaped object, metallic in appearance, which hovered over Gate C17 at that airport.
