I think that's what im understanding from this story. My brother flew for them a few years back. He's gonna call some friends at Regions about this tomorrow. Any thoughts?

Regions had a merger agreement a year ago with Viva International, an even shakier Caribbean operator with no substantial resources. Maybe CommutAir will buy their CLE operation, less the Saabs.

Who said they did? But they did have a merger agreement covering their STL Jetstream operation.
