After listening to live JFK ATC, there have been many instances when two Delta "heavies" are on the same frequency at the same time. And there have been many instances when I'll here up to five or six Delta "heavies" within a half-hour period. What is Delta's schedule for their international arrivals to JFK? It seems like many of them land within an hour of each other! How many gates do they have? Thanks.

Delta does have quite a few ops from JFK....is it a focus city? I know they have a few domestic 767's like form ATL. I'll try and check on their # of gates.

JFK is one of DL's two main transatlantic gateway hubs. ATL being the other one. CVG also has a few transatlantic flights. DL has many transatlantic flights from JFK - probably about 20-25/day - the vast majority on 763s. According to the DL web-site, they have 28 gates at JFK where they use Terminals 2 and 3.
