AF 0454 CDG-GRU 14h Delay, Why?

Any information why AF 0454 CDG-GRU B77W has about 12h delay:

Scheduled departure from CDG at 1:00 PM, Wed, Nov 22
(original departure schedule from CDG at 11.15 PM, Tue, Nov 21)

Scheduled arrival in GRU at 9:18 PM, Wed, Nov 22
(original arrival in GRU at 7:50 AM, Wed, Nov 22)

A leak developped in the potable water tank. The water gathered at the bottom of the fuselage and got frozen. Leak discovered when water got thawed...Cleaning, repairs and checks would take too much time and crew went out of hours inside CDG curfew.
Decision was made to give the crew min rest during the time the repairs would take.
