AF-KL Revive Merger Talks With Alitalia.

I just saw on Bloomberg that AF-KL have confirmed that they revived merger talks with Alitalia Spa. This are only "exploratory" discussions and they will only think on a merger if Alitalia gains "goverment help to reduce costs".
