Current color scheme. Bygone type: This Delta 727, one of the few to be repainted in the new colors screeches down on a gorgeous afternoon at LGA in October 2000.

Nice picture.....too bad the 727 disappeared so quickly. I would have loved to see a NW 727 in the new colors.

I think he means the metallic scheme with NWA on the sides.
