Arial Shot: Can Anyone ID The Location?

I stumbled across this picture while browsing through stacks of old pictures. I have no idea when I took it nor of the location, other than most likely "somewhere" between New York and LA.

Some help, huh?

Seriously though, based on the flight patterns, we can probably safely rule out places like Seattle, Boston, Miami, and Minneapolis.

Maybe one of you lives there are knows it from the air.

Anyone know what city this is?

For sure it is Cedar Rapids, that is Municipal Island where all the bridges are.
