I don't usually post topics like this, but I thought this was pretty interesting. There is a documentary on CNBC right now about a week in the life and operations of AA. This guy is going through many different aspects of the airline and so far he's doing a pretty good job.

Apparently it came on a month ago as well...

Well, I saw the other post made but was dissappointed in how it didn't say anything about the show or even anything remotely productive, which is probably why it was archived so quickly.

This time, I'm hoping that more people are watching it and can comment on what's being presented. So far, I'm fascinated by the documentary and how in-depth they are getting with AA and their operations.

I saw about 30 minutes of this same program yesterday and made a note to watch it tonight. I found it to be very interesting and informative.
