Any idea, or is it even possible to have a matrix style display, a "one stop shop" website made for multiple airlines frequent flier availability? I know if I have 50,000 miles and need 60,000 in a few airlines I would transfer 10,000 miles from a credit card program like American Express.
Could a website be made to have a matrix like display for multiple airlines frequent flyer programs if you put in your departure city/date and arrival city/date like a Travelocity, Orbitz etc but with miles? Seems like a good idea to me! -Matt in KITH

Quoting JGPH1A (Reply 2): In fact very few airlines have calender-based redemption availability. BA does, and so does LH. I don't know of any others.
United does and has a similar system to Travelocity, where they will bring up a calendar with available dates. The down side is that you can't book a STAR flight on United.bomb, only United/United Express/Ted. You have to get on the phone for a STAR award.
