Ah...security!! Flying out of LGW last week, a friend managed to carry razor blades onboard our flight because all that security staff were focused on was making sure pax had less than 100ml of liquids!

Actually, it happened first at LSG in JFK, then at LSG in DFW. That in between the two there was no memo from headquarters (or that it was ignored) to remind all locations to follow company policies regarding security and access control is, in my opinion, the most amazing element of the entire story.
