Only FCA's A321's have the 'premium section'. I beleive there are 2 rows at the front (6 seats) which offer more legroom over the economy seats, 33" rather than 28". You get a complimentory drink before take off and one in-flight. It's a far cry from their long haul product, don't expect the full star class product. They've got the atlantic ocean between them! In my opinion, unless you are tall and want the extra legroom (which is essentially what you are paying for, its not really a premium product), its not worth it.
Having said that, I've flown with FCA 3 times this year on their 757, 767 (long haul) and A320 and I've been impressed with them every time.
