Quick grab a camera, it appears that AF has a 747 in maintenance sitting right off LeJeune RD between 26th and 27th ST. Not a good spot for pics as cars are always flying by but woth seeing.

It's F-GITE, and she's massive. Check her out while you can.

It was there Monday morning when I left on a trip, and was still there Tuesday (11/28) afternoon when I got back. I wonder what's wrong with it.

I love it when they park 747s at that pad just off of Le Jeune, it really gives you a sense of the size of the plane when you drive past less than 100 yards away in your tiny little car. Normally there are a row of DC10s there from Cielos and other cargo carriers, but the 747s are much more impressive.
