AF-KL results for Brazil in the month of October 2006 show yet again strong results, loads were as follows:

AF GRU-CDG daily B77W + 5 weekly A330: 90.6%
KL GRU-AMS daily B772: 93.7%
AF GIG-CDG daily B747: 89.3%

In December/06 AF will increase flights GRU-CDG to 13 weekly and in January/07 to 14 weekly, increasing capacity in a further 13%.

Hi, Wilma. Indeed, it sends a strong signal to KL for expanding flights to GRU (perhaps the B747?) or even the long-rumoured AMS-GIG. I think in 2007 KL would have to take a decision regaring Brazil, as loads and yields are incredibly helthy.

Look for the full pax B744 to be deployed on KL797/798 from winter 2007/2008, while the B772 would still be used during the summer months. SFO would see the opposite deployment of B772 in winter and B744 in summer.

And perhaps the B77W when it joins the fleet.
