I believe it is a cellphone pic taken from the window of the chief pilots office in EWR.
It looks really amateurish and dated...hope they didn't pay an exorbitant amount to a branding firm for that gem...

Ditto. Wow, it's pretty incredible how old and dated that livery looks, if it is truly what they plan on going with.
