ISP Is A Mess! No Glideslope No Planes!

Trying to fly outta ISP isn't going to happen. Southwest, DL, US flights cancelled due to low ceilings and the glideslope out of service on Runway 24, the LOC only approach doesn't get the airplanes low enough. Now the winds and and rain are coming so inbounds later tonight could be in trouble also. If your flying out of ISP on DEC 2nd you might check it out before you go to bed! Goodluck!

For what it's worth, the forecast shows the ceilings and precip gone after 10pm local time, so if that holds up, flights should be able to get in. Another forecast comes up in about 90 minutes from now...

Not a blanket one, per se...

ARPT RSTRD 2300-0630 DAILY FOR ACFT INDICATING OVER 85DB APCH & 72DB TKOF EXCEPT EMERG/MERCY FLTS.

Tower closes, and you can land with it closed. The only major item is getting the ARFF folks to hang around, and they can only do so for so long...
