If I am flying Fra-CAPE town on LH 576, I think it said it would be a A340-600Does that mean a guaranteed flat bed – being a –600?

Many thanks in advance

It depends on the configuration. LH has two-class and three-class 346s. From Summer 07, all three-class 346s will be based in MUC.

F Class has full flat beds
C Class has lie flat seats (180° recline, but 9° angle against the aircraft floor).
Y Class has basically the same crap like every other airline :-P

Can you tell me what FRA CPT is?

I think its 2 class- so it will be the new lie flat seats? im looking forward to this after taking their HORRIBLE old seats earlier this year form BKK to Frankfurt!

Strange they wont offer First class on 346 out of Frankfurt!!

All 346s have the new C class. I've flown it myself and found it to be very comfortable. The (Internet Explorer 6 based) IFE crashed multiple times during flight, but it was one of the very first flights with the new C class, so I kinda think the problems have been ironed out.

When is your flight taking place?

Well, if LH needs a large capacity AND First Class @ FRA, they use the 744. Large Capacity no First == 346.

This is the most likely configuration if I am not mistaken.

I stand corrected, Amadeus lists a 3-class layout for LH576, but you'll get the new C Class anyway. Couldn't find seat maps online yet

This will be one of LH's latest 346's (D-AIHM/N/O/P). As SailorOrion already mentioned, it's a 3 Class-Layout with 8/60/238. Have a nice flight.

Sailororion:

Is there a seat map anywhere for the 3-class Layout?

I cannot find it on Seat guru!

Thanks  Smile

Seatmap of LH's 34D (Airbus A340-600 with three class layout). It is not yet linked on the LH homepage for whatever reason.

This version also has the lavatories, crew rest and main galley on the lower deck.
