Boy lots of changes this week:

http://active.boeing.com/commercial/orders/index.cfm

20 x 748I for Lufthansa
5 x 748 for UFO
2 x 787 for Arkia
3 x 777 for UFO
2 x 737NG for UFO

Boeing added 32 new planes and has 862 gross and 855 net new orders. Still don't think they'll get to 1002, they'd need over 150 orders in three weeks.

Boeing has 78 748 orders so far including the 5 748F for KE which have yet to be firmed.

This airplane has been around for what, 6 months? It already has half the orders the 380 has since it launched 4 years ago.....fantastic!

Anyone care to guess when B748 orders will surpass A388's?

They have the 25 orders from korean air , 60 737's from air berlin and a few more 787 orders that have been announced but not been firmed up so thats 85 minimum aircrafts that have been announced but not firmed up !!

I suspect those 3 777 UFOs are for one customer, so probably not.

NYC you underestimate the power of the force...  Wink Bringiton reminds us that Boeing only actually needs 65 orders to make and just to firm up those other 85 this year. It COULD happen.

Wait a minute... your not impressed that a engineering design that is 36 years is still not competitive in todays market? I'm sure that if/when 'A' had made the same achievement, you'd be filled with pride. However, since this is someone else's baby, you must knock it down.

What else from the late 1960's early 1970's is still being remodeled/updated and sold for MILLIONS of dollars a copy?

Or.. am I just reading your statement incorrectly?

The model report now shows on the same day in November the booking of 8 300ER and 11 F UFOs. Is this new or do we already know about this?

31 Bringiton : GECAS orders have allready been Listed as UFO's

38 BoeingFever777 : (20) UFO 777's... Who are these for? ANZ?
