If you check this picture out, you will notice there are two Air France 747-400's in JNB- One is next to the aircraft the other is seen tacing a bit further!It doesn't seem plausible to say that one was replacing the other dur to technical problems because one is taxing by itself and the other has a ramp on it showin it just arrived with passengers or will soon leave.
1) thought AF only had one flight per day between CDG and JNB.
2) In amadeus it says AF flies the 777-300 ER to JNB. Was that changed with the winter schedule?

The one in front is obviously for passengers. The one on the taxiway, if you look close enough, it looks like it says Air France Cargo. There is a word after Air France, if you look at how AF is written on the passenger plane.
