Yes, but what about the 777? And couldn't they make them a bit wider on the 777 as well; the upper deck of the 744 has five abreast Y+, but the 777 has nine abreast - same as ordinary economy - in its main cabin.

(Are they the same seats on both aircraft?)

Quoting Darenw (Thread starter):

"These include pre take-off drinks, printed menus and meals designed by Air New Zealand's Consultant Chefs and Business Premier snacks. Pacific Premier Economy customers will also receive hot towels, amenity kits, Living Nature Lip Balm, slippers (on selected flights) and noise-cancelling headsets."
In July I had many of those features anyway. Noise cancelling headphones, hot towels, Business snacks (on the business bar down the back upstairs).

It's good that they are extending the meal service and drinks.

According to seatguru.com, the Premium Economy seats are 18.5" wide vs. 17.8" wide in regular Economy on both the 772 and 774 (so I'm guessing the aisles are just narrower in Premium Economy).

Wasn't there talk some time ago about adding another row of Premium Economy to the 772's?
