Apparently things are getting worse at QF BNE domestic terminal check in.
Whether it's a go slow by stealth or they just can't handle it, but apparently in last week, hundreds of pax heading to SYD to make international connections, have not made it in time, which causes major headaches.
Unions want more staff & management want less staff.
Why are queues at QF much, much longer than at neighbor DJ ? Is it just because DJ have online check in?
Another reason for ex-BNE pax to not fly to SYD to get interntaional connections.

I suppose QF pax can use the ckeck in kiosks, and if i'm not mistaken, they have also recently launched online check in.... but not sure if you can use it for domestic/international connecting services...

sounds like a lot of punters/non regular travellers aren't using check in kiosks or online check in with QF while they are at DJ, or DJ just have a much more efficent system/staff ???
