My first airline trip was on Braniff, from TUL to DSM, with a stop at MCI. It was a "Braniff blue" 727 going up, and a "Braniff Orange" 727 coming back, as I recall. BN had their problems, but I miss them very much.

My last trip was on US this weekend. Probably enough said about that!

First Airline trip for me was Air India, JFK-BOM back in 1972 when I was 18 months old. A 747-200 I believe.

Last flight was EWR - DEN last week on Continental, a MD-80 out and a 737-500 back. Next week I'm flying to Denver again, this time via IAH on a DC-10/MD-80 and back on a MD-80/757.

My first flight was in 1973, at the age of eleven months. I don't remember the flight, but my mother told me all about it. We were originally booked on an Air France flight from KHI-(most likely CDG)-JFK, but it was over booked. So the next day my mother and I acquired a seat on a Pan Am flight which left KHI for JFK with a stop in London (I think LHR). I assume the aircraft was a 747-100.

The last flight I was on was a Delta 727 from BUF to ATL.

My next four flights are next month. The first will be on a Delta 777 from ATL to LGW. The next two are a part of a roundtrip flight to CDG from LGW on British Airway's 737. Finally a return trip on a Delta 777 from LGW to ATL.

My very first one: With Lufthansa B737 from Düsseldorf to London. About 20 years ago.
My very last flight: With BA B767/A320 from Frankfurt to London-Heathrow this week. Three hours delay because one of the pilots had an accident the day before and the "World´s favorite airline" was not able to fly in a replacement until 10 o´clock the other day.

First: AA 727-100, 1965, DAL-DAL (it was a 30-minute promotional flight around the Dallas area to show off their new 727's); my sister and I got all dressed-up (as did everyone who flew in those days).

Most-recent flight: Southwest, AUS-DAL, about a month ago. Unremarkable, except (1) that new Austin airport is a real showplace; and (2) the pilot made up for a ten-minute late departure and arrived about five minutes early. Pretty snappy on a 200-mile flight.

Lastone? I hope I haven't had that one, yet (!).

...three miles from BRONS, clear for the ILS one five approach...
