NW98/99 MSP-HNL-MSP, i was on 98 in June, I didnt enjoy the DC10 without the air vents, but being on it was cool.

ATA doesn't have DC-10s, their trijets are L-1011s. The L-1011s are used on summer routes to CUN, I believe. Otherwise, most of the time they are used for military charters, and they do not appear on ATA's "Fleet" page on its web site.

TZ has just acquired 7 ex-NW DC-10's.

Biman operates one of their DC-10s on a FCO-DAC segment on Thu and Sundays.
Other options could be to inquire with Omni Air International to see if any of their DC-10s will be running casino charters to LAS during the winter season.
