Hey Guys,
I noticed this in the CHC website:
20/12/2006 JL 8778 0845 NAGOYA 0845 30
I have tried looking eveywhere and can't find information about it, this is a charter right? A friend says he has never seen JL in CHC and along with me we are quite surprised, does anybody know what's it doing in CHC and any clue what aircraft?

Should be a charter. The Nippon Ham Fighters (Japanese baseball team) flew down on a charter to AKL on Dec 13 or 14. This might be the return, but could be a different charter since it doesn't seem right for the Fighters to return to NGO, when their home is Sapporo and left from CTS.

Over the New Zealand summer JL operates several charter flights from various Japan cities. Most go to AKL but occasionally they go to CHC instead. Apart from the charters, JL does not operate scheduled flights to New Zealand, but do code-share on NZ flights.
