Basically the following: Investment of €30m on the 763ER cabins, new seats, new IFE, new cabin design. The first of their 9 aircraft is to be finished by November 2007.

Indeed - seems like they are planning to stay in business for a while despite the rumors that LH wants to sell their shares and to Karstadt/Quelle.
