It would be great to see what a combined CO/UA logo might look like-- has anyone seen a possible design yet? Personally I think of the united "u" in conti blue with the curved globe lines inset...

And while we're at it: which typeface? CO's has been around longer...

What about colors?

We're discussing about what the colors would look like now?! The 'proposed' merger is still in the 'proposed' stage.....far far from any paint jobs or any name changes for that matter. But I do understand what you're trying to do. Nothing wrong with daydreaming....

The combined name will take the "c" and "tinental" from Continental and in between put the "un" from United.

I'll let you spell it out. Big grin

Probably be easier to just keep current CO scheme and redo the UA planes. No reason to have a new one.

Maybe while we are trying to make up a name, font and color scheme of something that may or may not happen we could also think up the lotto numbers!

JBo that was great.

While we discuss longshots: what if they maintained the 2 brands, like KLM/Air France? 2 logos for 2 brands. They would enjoy the synergies of one company but diversity in the brands.
