I was looking at some cabin shots of Delta's new 767-400s and while I was looking at the economy seats, I saw a weird panel with buttons on it. What do they do. Also is the new first class product only going to be on the 767-400. Not the BusinessElite product but the seats with the footrests. All replies are welcome.
