The Gulf Air board has made a decision on the appointment of a new President The word is that he is a Swiss, so guessing that it would be ex-CrossAir CEO Andre Dose who was one of the short listed candidates for the job.

If so, congratulations to André Dosé. He started his career as a pilot in the US in the agricultural sector. He became a pilot for Crossair later, joined management and became CEO of the company.
He was also the first CEO of Swiss but it is still unknown why he left the boat.
He is a good guy, very friendly too. It's a special pleasure to me to see former Crossair staff being succesful somewhere else now.
Good luck to him and Gulf Air. What are the biggest tasks (problems) with Gulf Air?

If Andre Dosé becomes Gulf Air's CEO, I really would be happy for him. I never liked the way he had to leave LX, as it had nothing to do with his qualifications or skills. So this would be real fair. I keep my fingers crossed for him!
