This october was probably my greatest number of individual trips, but I have had months with more segments. In the past month, I have flown 7 flights on 3 trips:

ORD-SAN-DFW-IND on AA for Octoberbreak
IND-DFW-IND on AA for an interview
IND-ATL-IND on DL for an interview

Segment wise would be this June 18 -July 18 when I did ATL-MEM-GRR-DTW-ORD-MSP-SEA-MSP-DTW-ATL-LGA-DTW-MSP-ATL-EWR-DTW-ORD-DTW-MEM-ATL-DTW-BUF-YYZ-BUF-EWR-ATL

Mileage wise would probably be a few years ago when a single month had me doing ATL-PIT-MKE-CLT-ATL-DCA-JFK-LHR-DEL-BOM-DEL-BOM-DEL-LHR-JFK-ATL-TLH-ATL

Don't know about for a month, but most for one day would be 4. DEN-MSP-DTW-CRW-ROA.

For me, the most in one month was 9.
I could also post airport codes, but I would have to look some of them up, so for convenience I'll just type the names:

Cape Town - Heathrow (British Airways 747-400)
Gatwick - Malaga (British Airways 737-300)
Lisbon - Funchal, Madeira (TAP 737-200)
Funchal - Porto Santo (Aerospatiale AS350B Helicopter)
Porto Santo - Funchal (Aerospatiale AS350B Helicopter)
Funchal - Lisbon (TAP 737-200)
Lisbon - Heathrow (British Airways 757-200)
Manchester - Heathrow (British Airways 757-200)
Heathrow - Cape Town (British Airways 747-400)

This has definately been one of my busiest months. I flew 10 takeoff/landings:

ATL-MEM DC9
MEM-LAX 320
LAX-DTW D10
DTW-MDT DC9
MDT-DTW 146
DTW-ATL DC9
ATL-DTW DC9
DTW-CAK SF3
CAK-DTW SF3
DTW-ATL DC9

All those flights were on NWA, and actually are the only flights I have ever taken with NWA.

Well it's not a sexy as flying in the big jets, but depending on my schedule, I've flown as much as 40 flights a month. It's doing traffic reporting in either a 172:

Neither of these are the actual craft we fly in, but similar in vintage and type.
