Here is a report on the certain US Airlines that serve some on board snack boxes and how many calories they are and how long it would take to walk them off. Also juding on the tastes of the food. The report was done because of the airline food that they used to serve without paying that would be so unhealthy. Now they are charging the $5 for your snack box. Good article and does give a bit of praise to CO and B6 for not charging for the boxes.

Looks like CO provided them with the snacks for COex, not for the mainline. Mainline has hot sandwiches, likely with much more fat. I'm sure the cheeseburger is a doozy, and the cheesesteak is no better. but they do fill you up...
Quoting Litz (Reply 4): Their report on Delta is not accurate ...
Well, the moral of the story is that if you want a report to be accurate, you should cooperate instead of being obstructionist. After all, CO was able to easily confuse these intrepid investigators by being super helpful...
But they pretty much got the contents of an enjoy pack right, except they have cheese in them. It's all cookies and crackers...
