Emirate's Fifth Freedom Routes

I'm trying to get a complete and consice list of all of Ek's 5th Freedom routes. I undrstand that they continue to increase revenue greatly by selling "filler" seats as extensions to/from DXB.

The current 5th freedom routes flown by EK are :

HAM-JFK
MLE-CMB
CMB-SIN
SIN-CGK
BKK-HKG
ACC-ABJ
BKK-SYD
SIN-MEL

Past 5th freedom routes that I recall :

KHI-DAC...did v well for EK
LOS-ACC

Upcoming new 5th freedom route :

BKK-Phon Menh (Cambodia)

Since September 2005, Emirates has been operating Larnaca-Malta-Larnaca with 5th freedom rights (on codeshare with Air Malta).
