Does anyone know the date on which RJ, JL, and HU join Oneworld?

The sky is the limit as long as you can stay there

I don't believe they have given official dates, but probably by this summer. Also, don't forget LAN Argentina and LAN Ecuador are also in the process of joining.

I think he means MA as in Malev, not HU. MA is due to join in 2007 also but not clear when yet. Also don't forget Dragonair.

Bet the integration guys at OW have their hands full with all these newcomers!

When i first saw the piece of news i thought it was a miss-interpretation of OW press release
oneworld reinforces global lead as only alliance with South American airline

"Now, with Brazil's Varig leaving Star from the end of January...."

But now you say it's being rumored in Brazil, makes me wonder if it's really true.

Anyway, 2007 seems to be a great year for oneworld...
-Japan Airlines along with 5 affiliates
-LAN affiliates LAN Argentina and LAN Ecuador (finally)
-Malev
-Royal Jordanian
-Cathay affiliate Dragonair

I think these additions clearly outweigh Aer Lingus and BACon losses for the alliance.
