If anyone could answer these, I'd appreciate it:
1) Midway II got rid of all but one of its A320s in 1996. Did it keep the last A320 until the carrier stopped flying? If not, when did it get rid of the last A320?
2) 737-700s were ordered in June, 1999. When was the first delivered?
3) Any info on the history of Midway II serving IND? Service start/end dates and aircraft type would be appreciated.

The last one left the fleet in June 1999.

By the end, Midway served Indianapolis with four daily CRJ flights. Service began on 1 October 1998 with three daily CRJs.
