United has 23 A319-131 and 18 A320-232 on deferred order.

Edit... Only these 41 aircraft.

AA has a number of deferred 737 and I believe 777s on order.

DL has some 772s it just converted to 772LRs to be delivered as well.

DL confirmed five 777 orders and converted them to 772LRs with GE-90-110 engines. Two for delivery in early 2008 and the other three for delivery in 2009. They also made arrangements to sell off part of their existing 738 order and convert the rest, leading to 10 73G deliveries starting next year. That's all that's confirmed for DL, AFAIK.

Delta will also "be taking delivery" of 13 ex-TWA 757s from AA, starting from July on. And as far as their 738 order goes, DL will indeed take delivery of all of them, however, except 2 of them, all will be sold upon delivery so to say, to other airlines and lessors. And given that the 737 line is full for the next time and additional delivery positions are impossible to get (just ask Southwest), it makes more sense for Boeing and Delta that DL takes delivery of these plane and re-sells them asap. Should also be a good financial solution.
