I flew into ORD last week, and while I was half asleep, I thought I saw a plane with a tail that had a red square with 4 white smaller squares and a DE registration. I cant for the life of me figure out who this is. Also it was a pretty small plane (maybee a 757).

Any help?

One of them maybe?

If so they fly Business Class flights from EU to US.

Privatair operates the A319 on DUS-ORD on behalf of Lufthansa, not sure on the weekly frequency though.
