It's been a long, hard road, but at last, some good news on the ex BA Trident 3B, G-AWZK.
After it's disassembly for transport from LHR, this historic aircraft has struggled to gain momentum for a re-build for proper public display.

Errr, don't know, I suggest going to the forums on www.concordesst.com, there are threads about this on there.
So you should get some info, it's free to join, doing so can put you in touch with member 'Tridentman' which is Neil Lomax, who is running G-AWZK's restoration.

Thanks. Seems to be working now

This is a great cause. I have also seen the model and it is really fantastic. Do not be discouraged by the blue color of the tail in the photo. That is not what the model looks like. The colors on the model were actually duplicated from the original BEA paint, so the match is dead on.

Same here when I tried before Christmas and again today. Furthermore on www.concordesst.com the page cannot be displayed.
It would be great to see Zulo Kilo resorted to her full glory. I had the opportunity to meet someone from the Trident Preservation Society when he was working on the aircraft at AVP on the Saturday of the a.net Mass MAN Meet last year. We spent over two hours talking about Trident Tales, and he took me on a tour of the aircraft, showing how much work had to be done.
By way of trivia, the maiden flight of the Trident took place exactly 45 years ago, last week. I have provided Wings with all the relevant information and data, hoping that he will soon write a tribute to the grand old lady.

She looks in a fabulous and pristine condition, even though she must be +50 years old, and far more aerosexual than any of today's Boeings or Airbuses.
Anyone know if the engines are still installed, and if visitors to Duxford are allowed to go through the cabin or visit the cockpit?

I want to order the model but my e-mails just get rejected from that address. Seems there are problems with it. Not good if they want people to be able to contribute to the restoration by purchasing models.

Quoting GDB (Reply 12): I've been advised that you should delete the 'xxx' part of the e-mail address, which is a kind of spam filter.
Hope this helps.
I did delete that part. Sadly, it did not work. I shall keep trying.
Same here. And I applied last September to be a registered member of the TPS forums but I am still waiting for a response from the moderator! Sadly I think that the website is practically dormant, so we can not offer any donations etc to help restore Zulu Kilo.
