WOW that was an amazing video! I've only seen views of a crash like that on Flight Sim!!
No one was hurt and that's the name of the game, a new plane can be bought, people can't.
By the way, I know sometimes people post videos that have been seen a lot previously and sometimes people get a little too hot on them. For others such as myself, that's the first time I've seen the video and I'm very glad it was posted so thank you Skibum9.
After all, what is the suggest deletion button for?

Quoting AlexPorter (Reply 14): I'm confused... I only saw one bird, but aren't there two engines? Couldn't they recover with just one engine? What is the situation here?
The Hawk only has one engine.

One engine (Rolls Royce Adour, I belive). Two intakes.
The pilot kept his cool well: Gaining altitude while he could, try the relight, looking for a safe place to eject and leave the plane, all in a few seconds. I guess that's why he's flying jets.

Confused Confused Confused Eject? Since when did small propeller powered aircraft have ejecting seats... Confused Confused Confused
Ummmm... that has nothing to do with the topic at hand; the Hawk is not a prop. (it's a jet trainer)
