You know that "More Legroom" commercial where the plane is a 777 and the FA has that drill she uses to make more space for the man who requested more legroom, well the plane is a 777(they show the outside first) and the seat has no PTV and AA installed PTV's on all of their 777's, just something I noticed, anyone else see it??
cheers,

Blink,
I am guessing that this is no mistake at all -- it was completely intentional (I think). You see, AA wants for their customers to see their beautiful new aircraft and to see the interior of the aircraft, however, if they show the PTVs in the coach cabin, then that would make it look like all coach cabins would have the PTVs (which, as we know, is far from the truth)! So, in order to prevent millions of people from seeing that there are TVs in every seat of the coach cabin, they just don't show the PTVs at all.
