Just looking at the aircraft types, I think White Eagle with their Turbolet 410 will have slim chances against EuroLot's ATRs. EuroLot has strong regional fleet of ATRs and ERJs, well developed network domestic and regional.

What White Eagle should do? Get goverment incentives, foreign investors and a lease to affordable but efficient turboprops (well, ATR..).

White Eagle might start getting in LOT's way because they have one 737-400 and two more on order.
