Why Hasn't Airbus Deleted Fedex And UPS Pics?

According to the Airbus website, the two main operators of the A380F is Fedex and UPS. With Fedex axing the superjumbo order months ago, Airbus still shows it as a main future operator--along with UPS, which is about to cancel its order according to some sources. What is the reason behind that? maybe a publicity marketing stategy, a sign that these two could renew their order, or maybe the site just needs updating?

Airbus have typically been slow to remove such pictures, its not really an indication one way or another (plus, did the Fedex cancellations go through in December or not, I cant quite remember).

Airbus has no reason to remove UPSs images at the moment, they havent cancelled and infact denied the reports from certain 'sources' about any cancellation.

Maybe Airbus agreed on the cancelling under condition they could keep the pictures on their website so the A-380 looks successful.  duck  Silly

I still cant imagine the 380 in cargo config.Talk about a goat on a rope, Have they even tested one structurly to see if it is even capabale. No Fedex dont want them.Rumor control is they are actually looking again at the 47...

I think they just had a bad taste in their mouth over the 747,s they had during the merger, but they were in bad shape when tiger brought them over..
I know they didnt hang around long and they were gone, just like the 737s they had for a while

Step away from the keyboard. You don't make any sense. At all. Put a little effort into your posts and make them coherent at least.

On topic, this is probably just slow website updating at Airbus. The FedEx 380s have been cancelled (in dec), however UPS has not cancelled yet. There is a rumor they will do so this week. We shall see.

cheers

Does FedEx still have that massive A380 model in their lobby? If not, where is it. I want it.  Smile
