Connection Between Skybus And Virgin America?

Was looking at a picture of Skybus's A319 (the CMH low fare start up) and the Registration was VA. Im just curious if there is a connection between the companies. Is this aircraft leased from VA? Was it dropped by VA, and picked up by Skybus investors? Thanks for any info...
